Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the WE Dash mobile application ("App") provided by WD ("WD"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App.
 
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the App.
 
2. App Usage: The App is a delivery service platform for THC CBD legal shop products. By signing into the App, you acknowledge that WD is solely a delivery service and any issues with products or pricing are subject to the store handling, not WD.
 
3. Account Creation: In order to use the App, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
 
4. Partner Store Agreement: When using the App, you may be connected with partner stores ("Stores") that provide smoke shop products. The relationship between WE Dash and Stores is governed by a separate Partnership Agreement, and any issues related to products or services offered by Stores should be addressed directly with the respective Store.
 
5. Fees and Payments: The use of the App may involve certain fees, as outlined in the Partnership Agreement. By using the App, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. The fees are subject to change, and WD reserves the right to modify the fees at any time.
 
6. Intellectual Property: The App and all content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of WD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without prior written consent from WD.
 
7. Privacy Policy: WE Dash respects your privacy and has implemented measures to protect the personal information you provide. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
 
8. Termination: WE Dash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in this Agreement will immediately cease.
 
9. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. WD does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in the App will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.
 
10. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. WE Dash's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, to WD for the use of the App.
 
11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
 
12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WD regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
 
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines We Dash's ("we", "our", or "the Company") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at [Fill in applicable linkable address] ("Site") or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: "Users"). 
Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests, and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

What information we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from Users. 

The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site ("Non-personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g., the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) in order to enhance the functionality of our Site. How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:

What information we collect?
We do not rent, sell, or share Users' information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
